The Policy, Operations, Privacy, and Security Committee (POPS) advises the DxF on privacy, policy, operations and security matters as they pertain to the DSA, its P&Ps, and implementation issues. The Committee comprises subject matter experts in data exchange law and policy; data privacy; information and system security; and operations of health, social service, CBO and other entities participating in the DxF.
